The customer had to have a black 455 SD, and would do anything to get one. The clincher? They weren't available in black. Through the back door he was able to get one delivered in primer. The downside? No black moulded plastic parts were manufactured...

My dad tried to order woodgrain sides on the new Taurus just like on his previous 2 LTD wagons. I think he was right and Ford was wrong.

Dude that's awesome! I had never hear about a trans am getting a column mounted shifter. I also like how the delete of the center console meant he couldn't have electric windows. I love strangely optioned F-bodies.
